• Manage Affiliate, Free, Paid, Onsite, Design and SEO teams (around 30 people – 4 Leads); 
  
• Translate complex online marketing data into easy understandable insights for other relevant teams and senior management; 
• Set goals and define KPIs to track team effectiveness, review and analyze all key marketing metrics; 
  
• Leverage Online Marketing planning and execution expertise to support other department initiatives; 
  
• Appraise and propose marketing online plan for each STOL; 
  
• Appraise marketing online budget distribution of each STOL in sales program related to key provider; 
  
• Conduct weekly ""sweep"" to check budget efficiency and optimize marketing approach for each STOL; 
  
• Identify and work closely with 3rd party agencies to support marketing plans; 
  
• Involve directly into profession-related issues arised within department responsibility. Support direct subordinates in case of overload; 
• Randomly check daily tasks of direct subordinate in order to make necessary changes; 
  
• Conduct regular and irregular reports. 
  

Yêu cầu

We are open for all candidates with or without eCommerce background who have the competencies below:

• 3+ years’ experience in Performance Marketing, with management skills, ideally in startups from E-commerce, Mobility or Food Delivery industries – strong data / finance / consulting backgrounds with appetite for ecommerce/marketing also considered; 
• Has held a managerial role in marketing or managed a marketing division within a larger organization for brand, or campaign management or partnerships;
• Very strong analytical & critical thinking with data-driven; 
  
• Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams; 
  
• Organization and project management skills in a dynamic, fast paced environment; 
  
• Hands on experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ad manager, Affiliate marketing platforms.
